When will my order ship?

The next shipping session will be on: 26 April 2025

Please note: All items in my shop are available for preorder, and I ship orders in batches during the shipping sessions. These sessions usually take place every 2–4 weeks. I collect all orders placed during this period and ship them together on the specified date. Be sure to check the shipping date, which is available at the top of the shop and in the product description of each item.

How are the items packed?

Prints and books are shipped rolled in a rigid mailer, except for small and medium-sized prints. These are shipped flat with a solid wooden backing plate.

If you order a small print along with a larger one, the smaller print will be rolled for shipping.

How to flatten rolled prints?

It’s completely normal for prints to be rolled during shipping, and it’s actually a more affordable method. Rest assured, this won’t damage your artwork. To flatten your print, simply place it print-side down on a clean surface and weigh down each corner with some books overnight. In no time, your print will be perfectly flat. Once framed, you won’t even notice it was ever rolled!

Will you sign my print?

Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to sign prints for individual orders due to time constraints from outsourcing the shop operations. However, special editions, such as limited collections or any items specifically marked as "signed," will still be signed by me.

If you would like your print signed, I’d be happy to do that for you in person at conventions. Please feel free to come by, and I'll gladly fulfill your request! Here you can find my event list.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

If your order is damaged or incomplete, we offer complimentary replacements within 14 days of delivery.

Please email clear pictures of the damage to sarahbuchholz@posteo.de. This helps us file an insurance claim with the postal service. We’ll also provide a prepaid return label for you to send back any damaged items using the original packaging.

Missing or Returned Orders

If your package is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, please note that reshipping fees will apply:

Missing apartment or unit number

  • Incorrect address

  • Package not picked up from the local post office

  • Package abandoned at customs
